Personality Edit

Scythe is an Enigma in general. In other words, he's mysterious. He carries an air of commanding authority, and also has charisma on his side. He can read someone like a book just by looking at them. He can also tell when someone is lying, just by their body language. Ultra-perceptive, but oftentimes softspoken, Scythe (Syus) sometimes says nothing, letting his expressions and body language communicate for him. His actual name is Scythe, but the rest of his team often refer to him by a more personable nickname, Syus, which he doesn't seem to mind. Then again, it's allways hard to tell what Scythe is thinking. Scythe understands his role as leader of the Kintari, but wishes nothing more than for himself and his friends to be able to return to their home-dimension, and be away from the war.

Alt. Mode Edit

Scythe's alternate mode is an iridescent green winged American Dragon. So his color scheme is about as hard to describe as his personality. His armor is basically green in color, but depending on how the light hits it, it can have hues of yellow and blue. His armor resembles that of the ancient Samurai warriors, but with a design similar to that of medeival dragon hunters, who would use the scales of the Dragons they had hunted as their armor.

In robot mode, his wings fold up and hang from his shoulders much like a large black cape (with green where the wing-struts are).

History Edit

Scythe was one of six teenagers (and one car) who were teleported to the Transformers universe (and consequently turned into Transformers) after discovering a round cylindrical device in the trunk of their (borrowed) car, Wyldkat.

Scythe officially took up the mantle of leadership (or the title, at least) when the group discovered a fight between the Autobots and Decepticons, and Windstriker, who had been transformed into a jet, took off to help the Autobots. They were seen by Soundwave, who landed a lucky shot on the trees behind them, flushing the group from cover. At which time the rest of the group joined the fight.

Later, as the fight wound down, the group was found by Razer and Dusk, a pair of neutrals who had been hiding out on Earth. The Autobots had allready fired on the group, and they knew it was no the time to try and become allies with the Autobots. So the group followed Razer and Dusk back to their base, hidden within a mountain some 10 miles from the Ark.

Razer and Dusk then explained they were part of a nonfactional (neutral) militant group called the Kinta'ari. There were others, or so they said, that had crossed the dimensional boundary as well, and that they had been captured by the Decepticons and had their personality components removed. Razer and Dusk pleaded with the group to help them rescue their friends which would ultimately help the group get home, and to help them bring about peace once again.

This led to a somewhat risky mission of Bullet, Scythe's second in command and Jade, a femme flier, masquerading as Megatron and Starscream and heading to Cybertron across the spacebridge, where they liberated one of the personality components before Shockwave realised Megatron was still on Earth and called an Army of drones to persue them. They not only escaped, but made contact with the Kinta'ari on Cybertron, and safely returned to Earth with the newly-reactivated Backdraft. Some time later, the group, which had now taken on the Kintaari name, realised that Razer and Dusk were plotting to make peace by destroying the leaders of both factions, and that their friends were not imprisoned on Cybertron. Razer and Dusk had stated it to make it sound that way, however they were simply saying they knew of others like Scythe's group who had crossed the dimensional boundary.

Scythe's group discovered the plot anbd Windstriker rushed off to the Ark to find and deactivate the bomb before it could go off. Luckily, she succeeded. The resulting three-way-battle between the Autobots, the Decepticons, and the Kintaari resulted in Razer, Dusk, and Backdraft's destruction, much to the relief of the group. The Kintaari retreated, but soon after discovered Razer and Dusk were right about the previous group. About two years before their entrance into the Transformers dimension, another group had crossed the dimensional barrier. The group was known as the Autobot Revolutions. And Wyldkat, the car they had found the device in the trunk of, was once a regular car, belonging to the Revolutions' leader, HighRoad. Who Jade had borrowed the car from prior to their trip into the tF dimension. and HighRoad had been going back and forth between the dimensions. The group had finally found their way home. Scythe's group forged an alliance with the Autobots, and to prevent future misuntdertandings from taking place, Scythe changed his group's name to simply "Kintari", spelled with only one a and no hyphen.

Soon, HighRoad's group returned home, and Scythe's group went as well. Though the dimensional passageway created by the transmognifier, the cylindrical device, stayed open so the groups could freely travel between worlds. Wyldkat and Jade stayed behind in the Transformers Dimension, and Scythe promised that if the autobots ever needed their help, they only need call on them and ask and they would return to the Transformers Dimension.

Fiction Appearances Edit

Scythe has appeared in many fanfics, particularly the 3rd War series fanfics "Transformations, Part 1", Transformations part 2", "Plan B: Catchpoint", and a few of the Fanchar100 minifics. The Kintari also made a cameo appearance (brief appearance) in the end of "the Wrong side of right.
